Gremmy thinks. If he kills with a thought in character, then so does he if bloodlusted. And since base Kenpachi kept up with Hikone in the novels, Gremmy is not pressed for speed. Not at all.

And let's get some misinformation out of the way:

• Toneri's GWRE is not multi-continental, or moon level or whatever other wank you can think of, it's country level, therefore not impressive
• The reason Gremmy was not able to contain Kenpachi's power was explicitly explained in both manga and novel, but since most people here haven't read any of the two, it's understandable why you'd bring it up
• Every reason as to why Gremmy would lose to Toneri is if he was out of character (which most people forget, or at least I hope they do)
