Gremmy can win this one. He technically doesn't even have eyes or senses in the first place, he's just a brain and noone ever genjutsu'd a host just by targeting its avatar.
Gremmy should be resistant to it....host body is a bit different than a regular body(though sensory input may allow the brain to be affected (chakra = reishi; reiatsu is the bleed off, otherwise it wouldn't work regardless) means there's essentially still chakra in gremmys brain.
Overall, after considering it, and the stuff I wrote above, it's genjutsu good game. Gremmy isn't all that smart....unless he actually imagines something useful.
Itachi 9/10 right now.

@callmeblast: Well, you see, because the lightning in the Naruto-verse is thousands of times faster than IRL ligthning and Itachi was blind when it reacted to it and. . . It's a meme man, because someone here used this logic to say that Itachi and the rest of the Akatsuki is mach 30k and above.
