I think he is talking about thier 'fight' in Superman/Batman. Honestly its the only one I know of but Kilowog and all of earths aliens basically started turning rouge. Kilowog blindsided Superman and then stomped his face in the ground. Superman tackled Kilowog into space and then they had a brief struggle on the moon. Afterwards Superman gave into the force that was turning aliens bad.

Kilowog didnt beat Superman at all.

The Kryptonians maybe, they have faster reaction time and better speed. Lanterns are not very durable once you break their shielding.
Kilowog can be a very durable beast but I think the super family's intelligence and speed may give them the win against him

Regardless, Green Lantern team is far more experienced and stronger then most of the kryptonians so i can see Lantern's win...but few casualties.
