I'd favor Hal though they'll make him work for it. With a city at his disposal Magneto may be able to swing this for this team though.

Magneto can effect the light spectrum so that will be a problem, tough one.

Either would give him trouble and in random character have far less morals than Hal.

I agree. Hasn't Hal struggled with Dr. Polaris? Magneto has FAR better showings than that guy. Doom has one of the most advanced armors on earth and his sorcerer abilities are second only to Dr. Strange. I'd say either member of team one has a chance of winning against GL on their own. Together it's a stomp.
