Well Green Lantern Hal Jordan did lay out Superman in the past and given that Hyperion is a weaker version of Superman its highly possible Hal could do the same thing to Hyperion. Post Edited:2008-06-06 02:02:45
Why do people keep assuming that Hyperion is a "weaker" Superman? In the fight again Gladiator he has moving at nanoseconds. Surely thats fast enough to incapacitate Hal before he can even react?
Though I feel Hyperion is weaker than Superman I don't think Hal Jordan could beat him easily. Matter of fact I think Hyperion has a good chance at winning himself.

I didn't follow Sinestro Corp storyline. Did Zoom have a yellow ring at the time?
Nope, but funnily enough just after that someone goes IT MUST BE CAUSE HE IS YELLOW or something like that, and then someone else goes "no that only effects rookies". So it wasn't the fact he was yellow :P

Hmmm, I think I want to see a scan of this. Either I'm missing something, or this sounds like PIS. Green Latern shields can tank some crazy stuff.
