I don't think he has the damage output to take down Thor and Skaar. I'm not familiar with Herc's energy resistance, but Ross may be able to withstand Hal's best too.

Rebirth Hal should stop at 10 and the order is very iffy.

He could potentially stop as early as 5 due to overwhelming physicals, gets for sure stomped at Hulk though.
