Having a fleet of 2000 advanced warships spread in galaxy as quick response fleet .

Ability to blow planets is not considered a real weapon and any unarmed ship can do that.

Weapons and defences

Teleporting AM or small black holes inside targets

Gravity be weapons that can compress things to neutron star level

Trapdoor system that teleports the teleported in warheads . If a nuke goes on in a ship no one will notice.

4d shielding and 4d cutting tools

Ability to slap back a teleport to the sender.

Also the ships oprate insanely fast .

They can even record events at plank level time frames

Weaker lanterns like Jhon Stewart can create solar system temporary.

Ion powers include way above Superman level power and time manipulation.

Guardians have more power than lanterns and future like sight capability.

All Lanterns are FTL.

Lanterns can have their rings react and tag characers like Flash and Zoom. Thats trumps any speed advatage Culture has.

Yeah.... Not seeing the overwank Culture doing much other than dying.
