Hal has several statements as being the strongest Green Lantern ever, and also feats and scaling supporting that, so he should win here.

Definitely Hal #1. Second place is debatable in my book. It is either John or Kyle. I honestly would have to reread a bunch of stuff to rank standard Sodom Yat, but he is probably above Guy.

Hal is too powerful
