- Both men are in character.
- Oliver is willing to use lethal methods.
- Jack has full knowledge of Oliver Queen/Green Arrow.
Scenario:
Jack is hunting Green Arrow through Seattle. Jack has been tailing Oliver for days. Oliver is unaware he's being hunted while on patrol, alone.
