Oliver kills her 10/10. She was just really bad in combat apart from that one showing against Luke Cage (who to be fair was also pretty bad). That show was great in almost every way, but pure action just really wasn't one of them.
I really can't recall a time when Oliver actually defeated a physically superior opponent in H2H, so I'm surprised that people are saying Oliver stomps (emphasis on stomps).

He outmatched Damien Darhk in H2H that one time.
I'm pretty sure he destroyed some 7 foot cagefighter in the comics too.

The pure action of the show was great. Not every show needs super martial artists/tactical geniuses.
@wf_mxyzptlk: Oliver gained a slight upper hand once when Damien's family was in danger (so Oliver was PISSED that Felicity had been attacked, and Damien was super panicked for his family - ridiculous mindset advantage for Oliver), and stomped him when Damien lost his magic (Damien is fodder without his magic)
Don't know anything about the 7 footer but that's probably an impressive feat.
JJ gets lowballed, looking at her feats and the ease with which she accomplishes them, she's probably a 2 tonner, she just holds back a lot.
And getting hit by the plank of wood was a very, very low end feat guys, she's also shrugged off getting tased, punches from Luke, getting launched by Luke and getting hit by a frigging truck that left a huge dent the size of her torso in it and walked away with only a broken rib. It's clear where she's supposed to be at.

As a committed Darhk advocate, I agree that Darhk was not in peak form. It still counts as a (temporary) win against a physically superior enemy.
The other guy, yeah, it was a pretty good feat.
This is the guy I'm talking about.
On review, he looks more like 8+ feet.
@wf_mxyzptlk: How badly does Oliver beat him? Do you have a few scans of the fight?

Basically stomped him. Finished him off with a pressure point attack.
Oliver because he is a better fighter. Jessica may be able to get a few good hits but her powers were honestly inconsistent in the show so its hard to tell.
@rbt: To be fair, the 7 foot guy landed his own shots on Oliver and Oliver was visibly beaten and battered after the fight. Still a pretty dang good strength and skill showing tbh though.

He grabbed Oliver and threw him once. Oliver outmaneuvered him for rest of the fight. And IIRC, Oliver was injured before the fight.
@mrmonster: Her strength is far above peak human, but she still gets stomped.
@firstolympian: Yes, but her fighting skills are so lackluster that she's not even in the top tier of street levelers. If you ask me, she's not even qualified to be a Defender.
@nfactor1995: I don’t watch Arrow, sorry.
Oliver can’t put her down. After dancing around her attacks she’ll eventually manage to push him and send him to the ground allowing her to land a blow.
@subline: I’d argue Ollie was merely staggering Gold, than actually hurting him (which would be considered an outlier if took that into account). On top of that, he has no bow here so punches and kicks won’t cut it on a superhuman who can recover from attacks from Luke Cage, Alisa Jones, Elektra, etc.

Yeah, I wasn't using that feat as some sort of insane striking feat. Rather just a representation of how I see the fight going (albeit it would last a lot longer than that gif obviously).
The OP only states Hand to Hand Combat, which by definition permits the use of Melee Weapons.
@subline: Fair enough, and I disagree, if that were the case the OP would’ve just put “melee fight” or used a broad term like CQC instead of H2H.
