I think he's capable of clearing now. With all the feats he's got in the show/comics/animated appearances I think there's enough for him to plow through everyone here. Still never beating Arkham Bats though.

Let's see, gets past Grundy since that was mostly to do with taking out those generators. Ra's kills him. Freeze kills him. Oliver gets eviscerated by the titan in the joker round but otherwise would clear 4. Gets past 5 and gets absolutely disembowelled once again by Clayface.
