The Greater Krayt is slightly larger and has a very large advantage on Tatooine. That being said I don't think that it can get through the Zillo Beast's hide. However I'm not so sure that the Zillo beast could get through the Krayt Dragon's hide either. The GKD could casually swim through mountain and endure massive explosions on its underbelly IIRC the Zillo beast never showed crazy high levels of damage output. Given that the Krayt Dragon is on Tatoonie, giving it a speed, stealth, and overall mobility boost, and given that the Greater Krayt is slightly larger I'd say it can probably ragdoll the Zillo Beast for a KO, though it's certainly a close fight.
