GoT: Team Dany vs Team Sansa

Rules:

• Standard gears. Everyone has the same armor as shown in the above images. Jorah gets Heartsbane.
• Everyone is in their prime.
• Morals off.
• Fight to death.
• 10 ft starting distance.

Round 2:

Composite books/show versions.

Team Sansa both Rounds

Sansa. Drogo isn't beating people in full plate and Jorah isn't keeping up.

Though I do think Theon dies pretty quickly.

Arya with a dagger soloes.

Team Danny theon dies so fast it's not even funny. Grey worm is easily as food if not better then Arya. His soear Sheild combo work very well against Arya. Drogo is far more vicious then anyone here armor don't matter when your throat is exposed.

Breine may be better then Jora but he'd keep her occupied. Dario is better then anyone on Aryas team other then maybe Arya.. team one wins with high difficulty

Team Sansa for R1 definitely. Drogo alone can't carry them and he himself won't do well against plated fighters. Team Dany fighters lack good feats to go against the likes of Brienne and Hound.

D&D-force Arya Stark is not allowed.

Team Dany both rounds. Arya =featless in books and (despite Sandor) Dany team is superior.


Drogo is clearly fast/skilled enough to beat Theon despite the Ironborn armor which is not that good at all. He could also very likely put up a good fight with Brienne despite losing to her. Drogo would also beat Arya.

Either Grey Worm or Daario (only going by feats) could hold their ground with Sandor before going down. Drogo likely could keep up for a moment before Sandor slain him.

Jorah VS Arya is a 50/50 although I am arguably in Jorah favor.

Jorah would beat Theon.

Brienne could either beat in 1vs1 Daario/Grey Worm just like either of them could beat her.

Brienne would beat Jorah.

Sandor>Brienne/Daario/Grey Worm/>? Drogo>Jorah/Arya>Theon.

So going by the most likely outcome Team 1 would kill either Theon/Arya before Sandor kill either of the warrior in Team 1 (except if he fight Jorah)

Show version, I'd side with Dany.

Team 2, Sandor MVP

@thesuperor: Sandor is the strongest here. I think it's quite unlikely he would kill either Daario/Grey Worm (and likely also Drogo) before the other on team Dany kill Theon/Arya.

And in the books Brienne/Theon are both quite weaker than the show and Arya completely uselles. Even if Daario/Grey Worm are both inferior than their show counterpart, that still better than team Sansa.

I think both Brienne and Sandor are superior to either of team 1. Drogo with no armor won't do him any favors in this fight.

Well I think Drogo would overskill/overpower Theon without much trouble. Ironborn armor (in the show anyway) never showed any kind of solidity, and even if Drogo can't kill Theon with Arakh, he is skilled/fast enough to kill him with daggers.

He would likely also being able to fight Brienne decently before being killed.

Daario lack feats, but going by the fight in Yunkai/Reputation he would not go down before giving a good/decent fight with Sandor, and a run for her money for Brienne.

About Grey Worm don't you think he have enough feats that already prove him being at least almost in Brienne tier ?

Either way, team Dany. Clegane might be the MVP but Theon and not Dumb&Dumber amped Arya are non factors. Plus, Clegane is not even wearing full plate, Grey Worm's spear throw would deal with it all right.

Good fight. It all depends on who fights whom, I can see scenarios for both teams winning.

Hound > Drogo (8.5/10)

Brienne > Jorah (In a good fight 7/10 although I can't picture brienne fighting with "no morals")

Daario > Theon (Stomp)

Greyworm > Arya (in I think the most contested fight 5.5/10)

The hound likely wins regardless his matchup, but Theon isn't beating anyone here.

Team Dany. Drogo is being underestimated here and Jorah and Dario are extremely skilled. Grey Worm is also no slouch.

Team Sansa no one on team Dany is matching the Hound and the Big Woman

I'm going team 2 more often than not. Depends on how the fights permute, but overall team 2 has the better average and equipment advantage.

No one is being underestimated, team 2 is arguably better. Hound and Brienne are the top two fighters here and they're on the same team. The x factor character on team dany is Daario who's fairly competent at fighting dirty but he uses a dothraki weapon which to my understanding would get him cut down at least 7.5/10 by any good westori fighter with a sword and armor. He fares better against Arya but still loses most rounds and likely stomps Theon. Jorah is not good enough to beat Hound, Brienne, and maybe not even Arya in 10 rounds. Drogo could possibly overpower and kill but again; probably not most rounds.

Just to play devil's advocate for Dany's team in round 1, while I rate Brienne and Sandor higher than anyone else here, I also think Theon is a weak link. I think he goes down first no matter who fights whom, and then it becomes a 3v4. As good as Brienne and Sandor are, I don't see them beating any 2 fighters of the opposite team simultaneously. I also think Arya would be beaten in a 1v1 against anyone on team Dany barring maybe Jorah.

I think Jorah and Worm can hold off Brienne and Sandor while Drogo and Daario fight Theon and Arya. Theon goes down first which means either Brienne, Sandor or Arya have to deal with a 2v1 in which they don't last long. And then in all goes downhill for team Sansa.

In round 2 I think that the only ones who really benefit are Drogo and Sandor, but Sandor benefits more so I'd give team Sansa the edge.

Team dany.

Reek is useless and will die almost immediately, his bow is crap when team dany is 10 feet away. The rest of team Sansa are better/equal to team dany.

once reek dies, and he will, it will mean someone is getting tag teamed. As much as a disadvantage as Drogo is at with gear, he still brings more to the fight than reek.
