Gorr wins considering this is on his planet and he has basically full control over it. If Skyfather magic was disabled there, I'm not sure if Wally would have full access to Speedforce energy. Even then, Gorr at full power was basically unkillable as his All-Black was connected to the multiverse: Thor only beat him by completely ravaging it and leaving the entire thing a broken mess that he alone had to sustain.

To add to this, I don't even think Wally got any feats worth mentioning when he did have these amps, which was originally why I was against Wally winning in the first place. He tried to fix things, got wrecked by BWL, that was it basically.

What? Where did you get that from? PiS does in fact exist it's a contradiction to a character's abilities or something they're capable of doing, but they don't due to the writer prolonging the plot. Like if flash is shown moving billions of times FTL with attosecond reaction timing but is seen being tagged by a street level character on panel its PIS. It's just another word for bad writing so yes it's a thing, and the DBZ community had nothing to do with creating that. My point is bad writing is everywhere, so any character can be a "jobber." none of that matters in these vs battles because there is no plot so they can't job here. So you essential have a low tier multiversal character vs a mid tier skyfather.
