On a purely on paper fight she would probably win, his sword would never go through her, she could shatter them with her fists, and her blade spam would eventually overwhelm him
In Universe he's probably seen as being more skilled and more of a threat, but in terms of physical power, regen, and durability Hela is way beyond him. So yeah I think she wins in a solid fight

This is incorrect. He didn't fight them both at the same time for any significant period. In the shadow realm Jane fought the shadow monsters, in the eternity altar Thor was with Stormbreaker whilst she took on Gorr. Plus the necrosword was incredibly easy to break - Jane just threw Mjolnir at it. Hela could easily replicate this.
Gorr's tentacles can restrain her and he can then cut her up. And he was tough enough to tank hits from Mjolnir and regened from a stab from Valkyrie wielding Zeus' thunderbolt easily. I doubt Hela could really put him down before she gets restrained and cut apart.
@vegito315: not really, Hela could have been realistically taken out by a all but fearless version of Captain Marvel.
Hela reacts faster, has destroyed Thors Hammer, instant healing. No I Think Hela has a better shot than this Gorr or Thanos and would definitely win battles.
On topic hela takes this, even in a neutral setting Hela has no anti feats, broke Thors hammer, Bodied Loki and Thor in the bifrost.
@money_brings_happiness: Hela is never getting restrained by gorr tentacles she is far to strong she overpowered Thor physically in every fight they when I easily at that.
Hela can spawn necro swords from the ground aswell to easily cut the tentacles or Gorr himself her regen is way to much of a factor, Gorr is not even stronger then Valkyrie as he needed a sneak shadow attack to get the drop
