Can the good overcome the evil in this scenario?

i dont know anything about all these characters except asuna and kirito so i cant answer this. but for future posts i think you should dial back on the amount of characters in a fight, in my opinion its a bit much which makes it harder to determine the winner.

Pretty sure Usagi and Queen Beryl on the only relevant characters with their tier
