Golden Age Superman vs. Hulk

This is the Superman that was faster than a speeding bullet, stronger than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings against the Hulk from Incredible Hulk #1

After Banner's first transformation into the Hulk. A spy shoots him and the bullet actually pierces the skin of the Hulk but he heals. The early Hulk also was only Hulk during the night. A few issues later, the Hulk is blowing up grenades in his hands and doing double jumps. So i do not know who wins.
