Gemini Saga is only in his Gold Cloth at base form, with all feats in the franchise he has.

Silver Surfer has all his feats spanning across all his comic book appearances, and only use his most commonly seen base form/Most commonly used base form, in comics.

No outliers, PIS, plot moments, inconsistent feats, and the similar. Only Consistent feats.

Who ends up winning and taking the Cake!?

im open to it but i have no real feats for surfer besides a solar system busting feat and my knowledge on the power cosmic

Saga's consistently depicted to be capable of dishing out multi-galaxy level attacks, and there are even some statements and scaling that can put him at universal, albeit they aren't as consistent. Pretty sure this is a mismatch.

@theepiclegendsofthefuture: I have no idea on its range but its really versatile(plot-convenience). What makes it very hard to define is that no user of the power cosmic has the same powerset besides cosmic awareness and a unquantifiable boost in power. When Johnny Storm was a herald he was stated to be stronger which is impressive because he can already burn as hot as a sun.

I browsed the wiki(for whatever that’s worth) and here are some abilities
