By the shockwave feat? Multi Galactic in the manga. Nothing in the anime can be scalled to Anime Goku, the shockwaves were getting stronger and stronger the more they were travelling and Beerus needed 100% of his power to nullify them. It was also stated that Beerus nor Goku could survive that power.

@epichotflame: Couldnt have said it better myself. DBZ fans love asking for feats when 90% of there characters don't have any. Hell, the only reason cell is regarded as solar system is cause of a statement, not a feat. Even raditz who people love to say solos this or that verse doesn't have a feat of blowing up a planet. Or even a mouantin if i recall. Grand priest is literally one of the weakest characters in the verse featwise as well as most of the angles. Scratch that, ALL of the angels.

Entire dbz scaling stand on the only planet lv feat in the series , thats happend nearly at the begining.

the planet lvl feat that Frieza did is a huge plot point in the series ( aka the whole reason why their is a few saiyans left and why goku is even on earth in the first place) to call it outlier would be ignoring a huge part of dbz lore. Plus we see the feat again in the broly movie
also there are 2 moon feats actually and 3 or 2 planet feats if you count filler. Anyway the fact that there are statements shows it’s not a outlier

While two star lv character fight at full power , the minimum after effect is the destruction of a planet , tho i didnt saw anything like that while reading dbz.
The first time we saw a character destroying a planet by physical , is in dbs , beerus and champa.
Also goku never destroyed anything like a planet with physical , neither villains , in dbz.
Frieza could survive the explosion of a large planet while completely drained of Ki, missing multiple parts of his body, and on his last legs (at the very least a small planet durability in blunt but really is large planet in blunt force durability) and goku strikes we’re wrecking him. That scaling puts goku far ahead anyone here in AP with his strikes.

be it striking power or defense or KI beams there are all the same since they are using the same power source/Ki, Ki techniques just increase the Power levle/Ki of the user when they are use so they get a boost which is why they use them as finishers, Kamehameha for example can make goku go from 400PL to 900+ instead of a punch at 400 PL, as long as Goku is utilizing Ki his punches carry the same power as Ki blast so does his defense, when he does not use ki defense then his body takes the blunt force of any attack this is how you get what people call BS/Pis moments like goku getting pierce by a laser gun, is not PIS is just people not understanding how KI works.
Goku can crush PLanet+ ki blast with his bare hands so can frieza.
