debating with you is like talking to a wall it has been said again and again in the manga and anime that regulating your qi to a point where  expulsion from your body is incredibly difficult and requires tremendous amounts of skill and self control the only person ever displayed as a bad but over powering fighter in the db universe is broly but he is a genetic freak with natural abilities everyone else had to train for decades to attain their power and skill level   using qi 'blasts' isnt as simple in db as it is in comic books it is similar to iron fist manifesting his ability (as they are both based on chi/qi)  "

I'm pretty sure the OP want to know who is better fighter. So ki, super strength and speed are irrelevant here. What Goku has shown that can put him equal or above DD?

I'd like to say Goku, since he's been training since youth, but without powers, beating Goku is like bullying a little kid at school for DD.

Goku wins easy. He invented a new form of martial arts (monkey style) to counter Muten Roshi's drunken fist. 
 
@FinalStar86: I notice you really really like when Supes uses pressure points, so you'll love how a real fighting master uses them. 
 

Even if Goku only has the same speed as Daredevil, he would still win because he is good at blocking opponent's attacks.

lol it's impossible to set a level for goku's power but lets say his speed, strength, agility, reaction time are all equal to DD.

DD cannot copy and improve upon techniques after seeing them done once 
 
DD can not invent a new style of fighting to suit the situation 
 
Goku can, and goku's fighting skills surpassed that of a 300 year old master, while Goku was still a child. 

 Goku even without his enhanced physical abilities still has fast enough reflexes to catch bullets rather easily.  Even more he has enough stamina to run indefinitely.  He wins.
