Because the DBZ Characters have the Obvious Advantage when it comes to Large Scale Energy Manipulation and Projection but... they do not possess the raw speed and strength of the Superman Enemies... and also Cyborg Superman cant be killed here. I think the Superman Enemies win this fight but it wont be easy at all. Super Buu with Gohan will give hell to either Ultraman or Superman Prime and so would Baby Vegeta... but the issue here is can Super Buu or Baby Vegeta create a large enough blast to actually take out Ultraman or Superman Prime before they ran up on them and took they heads off... and I think Super 17 and Cyborg Superman is also an interesting battle but I dont think Super 17 can handle Cyborg Superman's Constructs or Hanks overall raw power and speed.

The fact of the matter is, you don't know much about how strong they can lift when it comes to strength. But, dbz characters can obviously use energy enduced punches and increase there body to higher level to get to there level of raw strength and speed and utilizing energy blasts that can destroy planets so....

DBZ characters never show feats where they are lifting large objects... like mountains or either large land masses... now that may not sound like much but it is cause most DBZ characters show there strength in Energy Projection rather than Super Strength and since we dont know how fast any of the DBZ characters really are... that can be an issue too.

Cyborg Superman can alter his molecular structure into Organic Material... now I am not sure how this crosses over into his Technopathy powers... but its possible he could gain control of Cell. But it probably wont be easy since Cell is mainly Organic and it a lot more complex than the Manhunters that Cyborg Superman currently control

They do not, as I recall watching an episode of Dragpnball Z, King Kai was training Goku and he ordered Goku to lift 50 tons and Goku said that is too easy, and he said his strenght increases 50 times in each transformation, so Super Saiyan 3 lifts over 150 tons and Super Saiyan 4 lifts over 200 tons, so I myself think DBZ characters have immense strenght even though only Goku has shown to have great strenght but his enemies have to bes stronger since Super 17 didn't even feel Super Saiyan 4 Goku's punches.

DBZ characters are fast really fast,have you seen how fast they are when they fight, they have lightning like reflexes, they are really fast, in the Majin Buu Saga I remember Goku fighting Vegeta and they fought so fast that they couldn't even be seen, only the energy released from their blows was seen, so DBZ characters are much faster than any Superman, it has also been shown that Goku is over the speed of light.

Honestly I think supes villains could take it, but only cause I don't see what the DBZ characters have that will reall hurt the superman villains with the exception as I said b4 of Majin Buu absorbing one of them. And he CAN absorb beings alot more powerful then he is. Not saying he'd get the chance, but maybe he will, who knows, I'm just saying he has the ability.
