It could more than likely be Goku. He stalemated Fit Buu in Base before the ToP and seems to have been boosted even further several times since then throughout the tournament and from the Broly movie.

spite thread, Goku's power level in base is FAR beyond his strength in DBZ. I'd say his base right now is like 30x stronger than his SSJ3 form in DBZ, so he can basically one-shot everyone either at once or individually

@strongerthanrin: Hmmm. With movie characters this could go either way. Broly is a beast with confirmed galaxy busting feat from the director, Janemba is stronger than a universe shaking Goku in SSJ3 and Cooler has Star level feats aswell. Goku vs all of them is too much for Goku in Base i would say but that is if you put Goku in his Base below a movie SSJ3. If you put him above that he could win but with extreme difficulty.
