Don't seeing naruto clashing with a weapon or blocking a weapon that cuts through space ending well for him. Black has also been shown to use his anger as a power up and any amount of damage done to him makes him stronger.

Not that naruto will even have the chance to do any damage or even make him angry.

Black throws Naruto in the Rift. Bad matchup, considering Blach has clones as well, can get stronger during a fight, and can just ignore durability with his scythe. Composite means Xenoverse is allowed, therefore...ouch.

There are weaker characters than Goku Black that can solo the verse effortlessly

Goku black can create billions of immortal clones and these clones are as strong as goku black, he can abuse the biology of the sajayjins and he has Gokus body, which means he can achieve UI.

Oh and if we allow multipliers... Rose is a 10 million multiplier (lowball).

But seriously, kasya has a boner for naruto for awhile and has turned into a troll.

Ehhhh.... Goku achieved UI by getting hit by his own Spirit Bomb.

Because he was a villain that acted upon something that he believed was genuinely good. The others villains were generic and only destroyed due to just being evil. He actually dared to change things himself by denying his kai role and the gods themselves to which in a way ended succeeding.

Tezuka is very underrated. He's anywhere between life wiper-universal, even 4D, depending on how you interpret this feat. He should be fighting DB characters, but noooooo.... Underappreciated character.

Personally, I put him at galaxy level with time-travel/paradoxical hax.

He was only kind of a moron, though. He could have easily realized that the mortal known as Goku saved the universe multiple times when even Kai's couldn't. Though, Beerus coulda just destroyed or sealed Buu a long time ago... I wonder if Babidi knew when he was asleep.... But yeah, he's a decent villain, and great by DB standards. He did seem to enjoy killing mortals a little too much...woulda been better if he was remorseful or only saw it as righteous/necessary, but gotta go and make him irredeemable, I guess.

Honestly, if the saga was better paced he could have easily been one of the best DBS villains of all time. Beerus could have destroyed buu easily but obviously the character didnt existed nor is referenced till the battle of gods saga. Zuno actually told Zamasu everything about the super dragon balls and Goku which still surprised me that he still wanted to destroy humanity/saiyans.
