Background story :

Silver surfer managed to kill the fantastic four instead of turning against Galactus , because in this scenerio he can't speak english .

Godzilla comes out , and wants to safe humans by killing silver surfer .

Silver surfer decides to kill Godzilla first because he's on the place which Silver Surfer needs to dig out .

Can godzilla kill him ?

Probably not.

SS should take it with use of his absorption and intangibility powers, but if he fails to use either, he gets merc'd.

This guy turned New York into a crater and made it snow on Egypt. Pretty sure he has more than a chance.
