He then fought Nora and they were able to perceive microwaves, which move at lightspeed. Though the microwaves were definitely faster than Godspeed, so that second feat would put him a bit below lightspeed.
And he had all the usual speedster powers of enhanced stats, lightning throw, phasing etc. Nothing particularly remarkable in that department.

No, he wasn't explicitly stated to be that fast. The feat was him only being visible in two frames of a camera that recorded at a trillion fps. Doing a simple speed/distance/time calculation gave that value, but it's wildly inconsistent with how CW speedsters are portrayed in general.
@death4bunnies: Well Barry was ftl most of thé time in this epi but Last night epi showed that Nora and Godspeed were able to perceive microwaves (Who loved at lightspeed) in their fight and Barry is qui te above both of them
