Understand that he is A GOD, created by humans he and his angels are referred as a PANTHEON just like other gods. He was shaped by external forces ie humans. And it was mentioned by Ellaine that the power of gods like Presence and her comes from BELIEF like Olympian gods in DC.

Except, the so called omnipotent Presence lost to Lucifer with the Sword of Eden, he doesn't possess omniscience and omnipresence as well, nor is he omnipotent, i could go on but you should undestand what i mean by now. SF Darkseid is not Multiversal, the Source he defeated is not the true Source (The true Source, who is actually the same being as PRESENCE, yep they are the same character), and that fake Source was weakened, and their battle merely was busting planets, hardly anything multiversal, they were planetary level, they didn't even have reality warping abilities.

Except, they had solo series (Lucifer and Morpheus/Dream) dedicated to them and had lots of appearances, they were clearly shown as universal level beings, plain and simple, people simply need to deal with it. As for Presence he had enough appearances to properly know his power level, we know that he is equal to combined power of Michael and Lucifer whose combined power created and shaped a universe, thus Presence is Universal via scaling.
Oh omnipotent being A saves the multiverse by blinking this threat out of existence.
Except that Presence is not omnipotent, Ellaine Belloc who is Presence's equal, is shown on the same hierarchy as Olympian and Egyptian Gods. And he can't blink all opponents out of existence, only those who are below him, but he ain't doing anything to multiversal level beings like Doom.

Except TOAA has barely any appearances (2 or 3), while Presence had much more. And we also have evidence showing that Michael and Lucifer's power combined is equal to that of Presence, yet neither of them even combined are omnipotent. I could go on and on, but you should understand it by now.
