Yeah, the planets breaking apart on panel do make it seem like that. Perhaps Naruto characters likely would present more of a challenge compared to the usual DB characters they're placed against and end up defeating every other day, wouldn't you agree?

Put on your glasses and look again. The "little rocks" we see are a result of the planets being broken apart. Come to think of it, I didn't happen to see Vados actually destroy a planet. It was merely ignited by her staff. Can you show me evidence the planet itself was broken apart or disappeared?

The dimension is shown to house numerous stars and nebulae because the author decided to include them within the dimension in the story itself. When Iapetos opened a rift leading their, Leo Aioria confused it the universe, which last I checked, also littered with visible stars and nebula.
When you can show a feat above planet level for Vados or anyone she could scale to, you can maybe argue her having a chance against Sanctuary Bronze Shun, though the matter of her speed being inferior would still come into play.
