Glenn was a physical peer with Chris so he's at no disadvantage there, and he's absolutely more skilled in close quarters.

Glenn. He had absolutely zero issue with someone who's physically in the same ballpark as MCU Steve, and his utter dismantling of Chris in the mansion should place him ahead of Steve in skill. Glenn should be fast enough to dodge a shield throw, should Steve go that route

Glenn stomps.

How strong is Glenn in comparation to Spider-Holland?

This can go either way, but Steve most likely wins.

Honestly, going back and watching the Chris and Glenn fight, I'm hard pressed to say that they were bullet timing since I couldn't see anything explicit even after slowing the video down as much as I could. They were however doing so very close range aim dodging against each other to the point of borderline bullet timing, imo. Although if memory serves, Captain America hasn't bullet timed either, so speed should be even.

But, given Glenn's performance against Chris in the mansion, he has an undeniable skill edge considering he pretty much humbled Chris, who is certainly in Steve's strength tier, and had 0 issue dealing with someone of his skill. I don't see a reason why Glenn doesn't beat Steve here.
