Gladiator vs Ultraman

Can Gladiator defeat an uber-Superman?

Rules:

• Fighter must be incapacitated in some way to lose
• No outside help

Gladiator can't even beat Superman..no way he's beating Ultraman.

Ultraman takes this.

This is going to turn into a superman vs gladiator thread. Because ultraman is superman just evil and gets powered up by krptonie.

The one thing I can remember about Ultraman is when punch threw the back of Batman's head ,but im sure there is more.
