At full confidence Kallark could definitely speed blitz. He is FTL at full confidence, even hyperspace speed.  
 
Atrocitus' appearance would mean nothing to Kallark. It would be a great feat that would make Kallark doubt himself. For instance if he sees Atrocitus take a full blast from Galactus without a scratch, then he would prob doubt himself in fighting such a foe. However you have him starting at full confidence which is top-tier herald level.  
 
It would be an interesting fight, however I think Kallark has the speed, strength, and durability advantage.
