I change my opinion. He beats Donna but stops at Grodd due to TP. Minus TP, he stops at Billy.

He was able to force Rachel Summers out of his mind. Rachel is an Omega Level Telepath, Who i'm sure is above Grodd. He was also Fast enough to blitz her, Rocket and The Starjammers, As well as Heat Vision Kill Smasher.

@kevd4wg: He does, he pretty much cancelled Rachel's TP when he realised it was an illusion.

Stops at Cyborg. HIs overconfidence will be his downfall.

Ironically if you removed Cyborg he'd probably get all the way to Captain Marvel, but you tricked people. He has no way of overcoming some fo Cyborg's skills

@skywalker95: That's just because Rachel casted an illusion; she never directly tried to mind-flip him. This is a similar situation to when Clark broke out of Protex's illusion when he realized the kryptonite he had was fake. Despite the fact that Superman broke out of the illusion, we still know Protex could mentally dominate him and read his mind "like an open book".

Basically, seeing through an illusion doesn't equate to resisting an all-out telepathic assault from the same person. I doubt Grodd would just try to keep him pacified with an illusion.

He'd never make it past Manhunter that's for sure but the majority can not react to Gladiator's fastest blitzes.

Gladiators blitzing speed is the best on this list and his striking is powerful enough to severely damage anyone here but darkseid. he isn’t stopping before Wonder Woman.
