It will put Godu in never ending death loop. Goku will start dying from heart attack, maybe from laser weapon and so on. Each time he dies he is ressurect and then dies again. And it will never stop. Fate will bend to ensure that Goku will die again and again. Even author of JJBA hated how haxed GER become, that should tell you something.

I am pretty sure that that still counts as harm to Giorno, so GER will reverse that too.
That's true, but we now know that Goku can die from simple laser, so GER will mess with reality to put Goku out of his KI state and then somebody will shoot him. That's the most easier way. How Goku will die later is not known (well for us). Probably supernovas, black holes, who knows?
I don't think Giorno would beat Garlic Jr then, after reading your scan. Since Garlic Jr is immortal then how is Giorno gonna make Garlic Jr die repeatedly?
The only way Goku could win is by powering up so powerfully that his opponent's hax just don't work on him, but that would only work if we follow Dragon Ball logic.
Ok so basically if since GER's abilities are instant he can basically stop Goku in his tracks. Goku is not a stand user meaning he can't fight or see stands, Goku can though sense ki but a stand is a manifestation of a person's fighting spirit and relates to who they are. Snice Goku can't sense a stand if Giorno activates his ability on Goku, Goku will lose all his will meaning he won't be able to defend himself from any attacks due to his will reset to 0, basically he won't use his ki to block a punch. So then since Goku isn't allowed to defend himself Giorno has the chance to walk up to him and hit him with an infinite amount of deaths causing Goku now to experience a infinite amount of deaths ( idk a heart attack) and then being reset to 0 to die again without being able to escape
Edit: Others things I want to mention, Diavolo lost his will to do anything to defend himself that is why he got killed by a homeless man and didn't use king crimson. Only a stand can hurt another stand. Someone pulling the trigger on a gun and firing a bullet, that was caused by the action of the person and so the bullet will be reset to the point it wasn't triggered a.k.a someone puts up a ki shield and it will be reset because there was an action done to raise up that shield, btw remember that time Krillen threw a rock at Goku? He wasn't aware that a rock was coming towards him and was going to hurt him in the face, meaning GER (who I also want to mention can flick pebbles at the speed to destroy the top of a building) can hit Goku if he was not aware that this 15 year old boy has a stand, so if he gets hit by him (idk perhaps he asked hey can I punch you in the jaw) then maybe he could beat Goku with planning and with the right timing.
I'm pretty sure Goku can still get hurt at his base form, because he did get hurt by bullets after achieving Super Saiyan God Red, so I think Giorno could just throw rocks at light speed or faster at him while he's in base form. I mean I'm pretty sure that UI is a transformation so Giorno could reset it ( we don't really know how far Giorno can reset things, just says resets to 0 ) and with that he wins. ( Krillen threw a rock at Goku once and caused him to feel pain, so I'm pretty sure GER can do the same) Edit: Just remembered that his ability is also instant.
There is no transformation that Goku has which can surpass the effect of Gold Experience Requiem, even Mastered Ultra Instict is worthless against superior magic abilities which Requiem is above even those and can be reverted back.
@spacefrogfro: Those are ridiculous outliers considering characters Goku is ludicrously stronger then tanked a planet blowing up in their face with zero energy. He also tanked Beerus’ universal level striking so the only way bullets and rocks are hurting him are through good ol DB inconsistency
Irregardless this has been made multiple times. Goku loses, GER is far too hax for Goku to match
