Riot might win,he has speed and might be able to do the same trick spider Man did during civil war.

I am not sure though.

Riot's best chance is abusing his speed and blades since Giant Man can one-shot him.

Riot cuts him up eventually. Giant Man is too slow.

Giant man is>Cull Obsidian's durability, Cull tanks Mjolnir to the face and multiple IM attacks, so Giantman would be>IM, Giant man one shots a leviathan with a hook, easier than Hulk, and AP~Dura, Riot has literally no feats besides killing fodder and losing to fodder Venom

I was gonna bring up Warmachine shooting CW giant man to say his blades would be ineffective but watching the scene again he avoids shooting giant man and none of the bullets or missiles hit him except on the metal parts of his helmet. The missiles shot before that actually detonate before connecting. Antman is too slow so, while im not sure, its likely that Riot can stab him.

Basically the fight

Riot climbs him and goes to town or makes him a host. Scott is not fast at all

Definitely a tough call as Riot is definitely faster and I'm not aware of any piercing feats from Scott. Obviously Scott can step on him or oneshot him with a punch, but Riot can possibly cut his feet off or cut an artery with his scythes. Not sure who wins this but I'm open to either side.
