I don't think so... Pumpkinhead might not have a soul to burn... and if he does have a soul he doesn't feel remorse for what he has done because he is a spirit of vengeance
Nope in the movies and books pumpkin head has been shot tons of times and still was able to fight with full fore the only way to kill PH is by killing the person who summoned it.

Incorrect, in Pumpkinhead he died when Ed Harley the guy who summoned him committed suicide, in Blood Wings he was gunned down, but it was Pumpkinhead avenging his own death so he was vulnerable, in ashes to ashes and Blood Feud the summoners were killed. and in the comic the summoner died

Yeah, and if the person who summons Pumpkinhead dies he can die (BTW I realise I am wrong about how PH died in Blood Wings, the witch died on life support who summoned him and he was shot to death and fell down a mine shaft in that movie)

Yeah G4 is playing Toxic Avenger all the time lately, as far as Troma films go that is in my top 5, I also liked Bloodsucking Freaks, Beware Children at Play, Killer Condom, and the one with Carmen Electra

So he could most likely look into Pumpkinhead and identify his summoner then track his summoner down and kill him also it depends on which Ghost Rider we're talking about Johnny, Daniel, Alejandra, or Robbie and if he has prep time but even without preptime Ghost Rider would still win as the only way Pumkinhead could win is if Ghost Rider didn't know who PH's summoner was and they kept on fighting till Ghost Rider lost stamina then Pumkinhead would go for the kill plus Ghost Rider has Regenerative Healing Factor which means as long as Pumkinhead doesn't completely annihilate Ghost Rider down to a single molecule where he can't regenerate the winner is Ghost Rider
