Captain Marvel's agenda was for the good of the skrulls.Hulkling,Xavin,Jazinda,and Lyja don't count..and neither does Crusader if you haven't found out he's the new skrull in ther Initiative that is on the human side.

Noh-Varr could be like them, and Captain Marvel. Just cause he doesn't know about the Secret Invasion or that he is a skrull, doesn't mean he couldn't be one.

Ok..but what your not understanding is that the skrulls don't have what I just said...They don't have personal agendas.They were sent to Earth for a reason...just because they might actually believe they are earth's heroes doesn't mean they have what the real heroes have.
Noh-Varr is not like them because the skrulls would have gain nothing by taking him...he doesn't have any affiliation with anyone and spent most of his time locked up.
What I mean is..you see how Iron Man was crying over the whole Captain America thing...when no one was around? That means he really feels that about Steve.Nobody who has been revealed has a skrull has thier own current ongoing or has a feeling square that tells you what the hero is feeling during the comic.It usually has their logo in it.When Noh-Varr escaped he left like he had something to do...the odds that the skrulls took all of the Kree out for the invasion is unlikely.

this is much better, Noh-Varr with his gear could put a urt on Ghost rider and his White Run would help him learn about the Penance Stare I give it to Noh-Varr in a good fight
