Both are at their strongest
The Ghost Rider is Johnny Blaze
Morals off
No prep
Who wins?
@LordVulcan: I seen Alucard KO before for long Minuets. A Penance Stare or Soul Burning Hellfire might KO him for a Victory.
@CadenceV2: its possible. do you have any ghost rider penance stare or hellfire feats? i now very little of ghost rider and what those attacks can do.

My Respect Thread :)
In this Debate I have shown Ghost Rider beating Null the Living Void (Gave the Defenders mad trouble), Nightmare (in his own Realm), Blackheart (Many times), Azmodeus (Hell Lord right under Mephisto in Power), and a Half Powered Lucifer with ease.
I also show the Penance Stare working on a Angel, a Demon, Dr. Strange (not depowered yet), and Avergae Joe Schmoes.
Alucard is the kind of thing Ghost Rider was designed to stomp. Either his hellfire or his penance stare should auto-win this battle for Blaze.

Ghost Rider.
And this.

Can't Alucard choose to not have a physical body to counter Ghost Rider's hellfire and penance stare? I really don't think Ghost Rider is beating a guy that's omnipresent and immortal. Schrodinger's powers are kind of OP like that.
O_O
phasing counters eye contact?

I don't see how omnipresence wouldn't. The whole everywhere and nowhere thing should make it pretty easy for Alucard to avoid eye contact.
@Laurcus: don't forget the mechanism for schrodinger's power to work, it can only 'live' if it is aware of itself (why alucard go 'poof' when schrodinger slit his throat and fused himself with alucard) and when the stare happens he is screwed.
alucard is cool guy but if ya read more anime/manga there are plenty of stronger vamps out there
@Laurcus: I wouldn't call Alucard Omnipotent at all. He never shown anything of a Skyfather level power wise, dont know the Future at all, and ontop of this admits mutiple times he can only be killed by a Human.
None of that is Man of Miracles, TOAA, or Presence Omnipotent.
Alucard full power is more in line with Classic Thor level or maybe First Age of Spawn Level.
Hmmm...a guy with some admittedly cool powers but would also admittedly lose to G.O.R.T in a zoot suit vs a biker out of hell with two skyfather level entities hitchiking in his body...yeah Blaze *#@!stomps.

@LordVulcan: Neither can Zarathos or Nobel Kale being Gods Angels Vengeance.
Assuming this is Pre-Schroedinger Alucard, he could potentially die.
That being said, I'm thinking the Penance Stare has little to no chance of actually harming him, and I do honestly believe this would be a good fight.

Wouldn't Ghost Rider penance stare just fuck up Alucard really bad? I'm reminded of the first Ghost Rider movie where Blackheart was affected after absorbing all those souls. Alucard has a lot of souls in him :/

Ghost Rider whips Alucard like a child with his chain.
How? Alucard is something reminiscent of a Hell Lord, and really doesn't feel any remorse over what he's done. He's almost the definition of what the Penance Stare doesn't work on. And under the event it does work on him, he'd probably enjoy it.

@omgomgwtfwtf: It's different the way Hellsing works. In the Ghost Rider movie, all of those souls combined to form a single entity. However, that is not the case with Alucard. For Alucard, it's more like each time he loses a soul, a new one takes his place. So Ghost Rider would PS his soul, and a new one would just take its place. Assuming PS would even work in the first place because Alucard enjoys being a monster and enjoys the suffering he caused on to other people. He's just like Blackheart, the PS would only empower him rather than weaken him. Hellfire wouldn't do much either because Alucard's true form is just a shadow with millions of eyes. Plus Alucard could swarm GR with Level 0 or devour him with Baskerville.

If Walter can slash up Baskerville with his wires then GR can b*tchslap it with a chain easily. Also Hellfire >shadow because those eyes are actually his many souls and what does Hellfire burn? Oh right, it burns SOULS. Also GR tanked a punch from WWB Hulk, Alucard has nothing on that level. Level 0? Its going to be like Anderson sizzling all those souls again except GR does it to a quicker degree with his hellfire. Alucard is a weak glass cannon that has nothing on GR. GR can kill him off permanently with hellfire.
@god_of_batman: Hellfire? Penance stare? Ghost Rider is designed to defeat characters like Alucard. Alucard cannot even hurt Ghost Rider. Ghost Rider is dragging Alucard to Hell.
Ps doesnt work if the character has more than 2 eyes, Alucard is immune
