How is Bane a jobber?

Probably Geralt. He is much more skilled.

His only feats were snapping the necks of normal dudes and defeating a out of shape and depressed Nolan Batman (who is not particularly skilled, to be honest) who then beat him the next time they fought because Bane has a obvious weakness that you'd have to be dumb not to notice.

That's reserved for the likes of MCU Dormammu and Red Skull. Bane has feats, it's just that their not very good and don't compare well to almost any character at his level.
