Based on what i've seen, Geralts physicals are at or around a level above hers (and hawkeye) but still a bit under the other superhumans (Cap, T'Challa, Bucky). MCU Black Widow seems to be a bit superhuman herself. Geralt has more strength than widow but when it comes to pure skill and speed/reflexes I'd say they're pretty close. His signs would be a huge deciding factor here. She has no good feats to resist Geralt bending her mind with Axii and he wont be deflecting bullets with his swords so he'd need to throw something or use Aard to knock her off balance and close in fast before he ends up looking like swiss cheese.
@zr2011: It's the most likely outcome. He could throw an Aard up before she pulls her gun to shoot suspecting it could likely be a ranged weapon. If thats the case he could jump in there right afterwards, turning it into cqc. I agree the guns are pretty OP in this fight.
