Even Ronan can touch the power stone, doesn't mean he wouldn't get blasted by Genos.

Lets see someone with stones that warp reality, vs a robot that could one shot him with energy blasts. Lets equalize the one advantage the robot had to capitalize on and see who wins.

TLDR, if you need to equalize speed then it wasn't fair to begin with.

Thanos doesn't have the stones here so it's still a stomp for Genos.

Thanos>Thor>Rings=millions of tons.

Without any stones, Thanos should lose, even with speed equalized. The only version of Genos Thanos has a chance against is BOS Genos. Once he gets the upgrade that allows him to blow off the top of a small mountain, I have a hard time seeing Thanos win.

Thor didn't do that on his own and pulling an object in space is different from picking it up and throwing it.
