Genji (Overwatch) vs Zer0 (Borderlands)

Rules

• Both are in character but are going for the kill.
• Neither gets any knowledge or prep.
• Win by KO, kill, or incap of the enemy.
• Both get all feats. Gameplay (When it makes sense.), comics, animations, spin-off games, etc.
• Genji has his blade and shurikens. Info here.
• Zer0 has his blade, a sniper, and smg.

Unfortunately, Zer0's feats can't really be quantified. Because of the nature of the game that Borderlands is. But my OP 8, Assassin/Bloodshed Zer0 one-shots entire Overwatch. :P

@joewell911: long range, zero has an advantage due to his sniper. he has an advantage at midrange as well due to the smg's rate of fire, but that's not to say that genji can't win. close range, zero has an advantage since his sword is digistructed so he saves a second or two on the swing, which makes a difference.

long range- zero takes it

mid range- could go either way, edge to zero though

close range- could go either way, edge to zero

finally got into overwatch and I absolutely love it

This is a good battle. Though zero takes it at long range and likely mid range. Genji will slaughter at close range. I agree mid range could go either way.

Zer0's edge slits Genji's throat.

In all seriousness, Zer0 probably takes it. ((although its hard to quantify his feats))

Anyway I probably give the edge to Genji due to speed; would be close though.

@joewell911: Genji easily, hes faster and arguably stronger

Zero takes any round if we go by his tale's feats.

Could go either way up close. More distance means more chance of Zer0 winning, though I believe Genji is quick enough to dodge and deflect his bullets, B0re should prevent him from doing that.

@acrokat: Don't believe that Genji has any bullet dodging feats at all.

Zero can take this. Although Genji can deflect bullets in gameplay.

Zer0 fights skyscraper sized monsters.

Genji had trouble with an Archer

@killermovies: there is a thing called context. Genji didnt go there to fight and to kill his brother. He spent most if the fight dodging and avoiding hanzos attacks. His struggling was because he wasnt seriously fighting him.

I'd side with Zer0 honestly.

Though he can probably contend at closer ranges, if Zer0 does end up having to go in close, he'll likely lose, even if he can abuse invisibility, holograms and such things.

His skill with the sword isn't much compared to Genji's.

Genji can obviously bullet time, that really shouldn't be at issue.

Genji has far better feats in that one short then zer0 ever shown
