@heirtothekingdom: I know you didn't tag me but I share a similar opinion with them. I think Thragg is around Namor level in terms of striking capability. He's never shown the capability to create earthquakes with his punches like Rulk has.

@cptstormsword: I see, so his striking power leaves much to be desired?

@heirtothekingdom: He doesn't have a lot of quantifiable ones. It's pretty much all based on power scaling which is difficult to fix. The most I've seen him do is shake apart some ruins when he fought battlebeast for an extended amount of time.

Below Tony actually, Around High-End Mid Tier at best.

@heirtothekingdom: Low Tier Powerhouse, or perhaps a extremely High Mid Tier, he's pretty much the border between Mid-Tier and High Tier IMO.

@heirtothekingdom: Theoretically he should be pretty impressive. Knocking around invincible casually is a nice feat, but really in terms of power he's a mid tier. Could be pushing the high end level of mid tier.

@cptstormsword: Personally I would wait him above Iron Man, but I can see why someone wouldn't agree with that view.

Thragg has speed advantage and many more years of experience. On the other hand Rulk is arguably strong, more durable and much better regeneration ability. This will go along way in determining a winning. That being said Thragg did fight in a Sun. Could Rulk replicate and or was it an outlier?

I'm going Rulk for now as Rulk also puts up a decent fight against his green friend.

Thragg. IMO

Rulk never moved moons, busted small planets worth of mass, or even stated a planetary buster/wrecker like Invincible characters. All things weaker versions of Omni Man and Mark has done. Thragg is 2-3 times them in stats.

With speed and skill advantage, as well a minor healing factor to tank any possible hits that likely never happen, he should win a solid majority.

If we want to use scaling of Rulk facing Hulk, then we should allow scaling of Omni Man vs Supreme and Mark vs Solar Man, who both well below Thragg.

I doubt Hulk can even hit Thragg. I also think Thragg can hurt him given his feats so he should win

Rulk regularly scales to Savage Hulk. Thragg is doing no meaningful damage at all. Anything he may muster up will be quickly regenerated. Conversely, Rulk can tag him once or twice eventually and KO Thragg, assuming Thragg's head doesn't come off first

Unless this is Loebforce Rulk, Thragg should be considerably stronger, obviously faster and also more skilled.

The only thing Rulk has going for him is scaling to other Marvel characters, which is obviously a very flawed logic.
