No clue who Ryo is, but since the opm trailer was disappointment, so I'll side him.

Ryo is claws ultimate 5 assassin. Remove Mob and claws leader he is the strongest esper out there. He is blind but has extrasensory perception which allows him to see more than an average human covering up for his lack of vision. Enhanced version of this ability is called "Minds eye" here he enhances the focus on his targets allowing him to see their vitals, weakness and injuries. This allows him to end his fights almost instantly. He uses telekinesis to fly, enhance his durability and strenght capable of pushing holes in multiple buildings. His psyche abilities are teleportation and movement prediction. He can teleport without drawbacks and can predict his enemies movements. He is one of the very few who can use more than one abilities at a time.

Well it will be a tough one but ryo has what it takes to win. He can see the weakness of his opponent and predict their movements. On top of than he is a teleporter which is quite annoying thing in a 1v1 battle. We are yet to see ryo go all out on someone but from what hes shown to be and if he starts seriously he will take this

Garou should win in my opinion, he would see through Ryo's monotonous strategy almost instantly. He would be able to predict where Shimazaki would appear, and his strikes should be enough to put Shima down. The only issue would be Shimazaki abusing his telekinesis but I think Garou's speed, durability and adaption would mean he could avoid that.
