Depends, pre-purgatory ban gets washed by current garou, stalemate at worst unless you restrict ban’s immortality because I don’t see him getting K.O’d, physical hunt is the only way he could win but we don’t know the limits of Garou’s regen yet and he still has a disgusting skill advantage so it’s a toss-up
Post-Purgatory ban stomps no contest, stronger, far faster, and more versatile with hax that bypasses durability and can cut garou’s stats in half or more, his sacred treasure renders Garou’s skill useless since it has auto lock-on with 100% accuracy and precision plus the AOE is too much for Garou to escape
Garou got hard nerfed with the last chapter. Post-purg Ban honestly slaps if he can steal Garou's speed.
Garou did got nerfed last chapter. But he is still fast enough to statue Ban before he can even process a thought and kill him internally can't he?
Garou in a close match
huh? 😭
Ban wins if its prime ban, garou has more skill but ban is immortal and has hax.
Well immortal means nothing when you are bathing in the inner core of earth.
The last two transformations that Garou has had would utterly destroy Ban before he could even utilize his Snatch ability on him. But even if it did work a little he would still lose as Garou's stats increased by to much that whether it be Pre or Post Purgatory Ban he'd get decimated still by Garou.
Garou can obliterate a mountain which is an impressive feat when you think about how much it'd really take to do that but Ban slammed meliodas through a mountain of diamond also ban spent years and years and years in purgatory so while Garou is very skilled ban still has loads of survival instinct and constant battle experience. Garou could get hits in but ultimately ban would overpower and out do him. Garou would be mid dif at best for ban.

Garou hits hard enough to alter the earth's shape. How is Ban overpowering anything ?
@huntercuistot: perhaps I underestimated Garou after checking feats I realize Garou's physical is beyond bans
@azrael1973: after seeing this chapter yea, ban gets demolished prime or not lol
The only way Ban wins now if it's after purgatory but before giving up his immortality. As of now he gets blitzed and one shot.
@areneacaulem: He literally made a continent raise up from the other side of the planet. I can see why you wouldn't call the feat moon level, but it can't be less than continental.
Doesn't Ban have immortality?
What would Garou do? Ban can regenerate infinitely, and Garou can't incap/kill him.
So its just a battle of Garou's stamina, once it runs out then Ban wins automatically.
Ban can be KO. We saw when he was trying to stop estarossa from killing mel. Plus i think OP is referring to post purgatory ban which is he’s strongest form but ultimate fodder to Garou.
Garou, I still don't think he's moon lvl or even continental though. The way murata drawed the earth compared to Psykorochi destruction is significantly different. It's like he drawed the planet smaller, plus Garou moved tectonic plates on the other side of the planet but didn't even destroy the mountain? It makes no sense! Then he's hurt just from getting knocked through a few mountains?
Where is this coming from
People saying Garou's feat is unquantifiable or not that strong because Murata isn't completely accurate with physics like 99% of every writer in existence is coping so hard lol.
The only way Ban wins now if it's after purgatory but before giving up his immortality.
Even then, he'd still be blitzed and Garou could just punt him far into outer space.
@alextheboss: as I said, it make no sense to me. You read my reasoning and it's not gonna change unless he gets a feat that makes sense to me. Lol.
Moving tectonic plates from the other side of a planet without destroying anything near themselves is the one of the dumbest physical feats I've heard and I actually like OPM to the point of waking. Warning that "feat" isn't worth it though.
Millions would die by floods and earthquakes, but OPM is a gag manga after all, so I don't mind. The feat is what it is.
@takenstew22: it's not really going, just makes no sense is all. I'm all for Garou being moon lvl but not like that.
I understand, I wasn't specifically talking about just you.

The manga, where else? It's not like he got his by anything other than normal punches. He looks pretty damaged to me.
He was mainly hurt due to the punch not because he was sent through mountains

You can't really scale Saitama's normal punches. They vary in potency, so you're point?
@areneacaulem: It’s not just moving tectonic plates. The shockwave literally lifted a continent. Ignoring the part where he did it across the planet, imagine the force it takes to lift up an entire continent. His feat is literally more impressive than grabbing an entire continent and bench pressing it.
