I'd say Fantomex.  If I remember correctly Gambit is as susceptible to telepathy as anyone, and Fantomex's ability to trick the senses of those around him is powerful enough to fool some of the world's most powerful telepaths.  If Fantomex can make Professor X and Jean Grey see things that don't actually exist, and make them think that they are places that don't exist with people that don't exist it would be easy enough for him to put Gambit's mind somewhere it isn't and put a few quick bullets in his head.
