Maul. Gambit using a lighsaber is a disadvantage to him. He could of course use the knowledge of the surroundings to ambush Maul, but since this is random, without prep, I believe Maul will take it fairly easily. He is agile enough to take anything Gambit throws at him, and also ruthless to end it, once and for all.
