Honestly, this is a constant stalemate. GER can reset all the moves Valentines throws at him but GER can't even touch Valentine due to Lovetrains passive ability.

Stalemate, JoJo threads are always bad matchups since the stands are meant to interact with very specific strengths and limitations in the story.

When you get to fights like this it's an infinite stalemate since it's the equivalent of two kids trying to beat eachother with the 'everything killing sword' and the 'everything proof shield'
