Ancient One wins, or at least does better than Strange. Not necessarily because she’s better, but because the fight rules give her some advantages. She has full knowledge and 72 hours of prep, two things that Strange didn’t have. Add that with the Time Stone and I think she can get some wins.

Lol, Dr. Strange had the time stone before the fight, he had all the time he'd ever need (that's how he viewed 14,000,605 futures) so would the Ancient One. And she said 'He was meant to be the best of us' when she was talking to the Hulk in Endgame.

@isocom79: Strange didn’t have 72 hours of prep with full knowledge. That could have been a game changerr. The possible futures he saw were dependent on the amount of time and resources he had available.

She said strange was supposed to be the greatest of all of them so in this instance a>b>c logic can be applied.
