I am going with Rune King Thor he had the power to restore the Moon with a wave of his hand.    

I think Tyrant is more powerful

Well I'll go with thor. Since marvel writers seems to like him a lot. I mean Thor defeated the PIS king "Rulk" /Overcame the Loebforce. (Lol rulk admitted himself) . That is a feat that humbles most readers.     

How susceptible is the Tyrant to magic?  If his durability is on par with say Odin then RKT could win.

I don't think this is an easy match by any means... but I can't see RKT pulling out the win in the end. I'm gonna have to side with Galactus Jr.

I dont see how? What has RKT done to impress you that much, when you compare him at this level he's featless. People over-stretch his powers. I dont see how RKT would even survive a full bloodied blast from Tyrant anyways.

As far as i am concerned, his fight would Galactus is a much better feat than what RKT has shown. Tyrant for the stomp!

The problem with all the Rune Lord Thor fights is that all we have to gauge his power level is a few feats and a lot of speculation. He never got hurt and stomped some pretty powerful people.
