Goku+hit+android 17 should be enough.

Edit: if Goku is using hits technique does he use his power or hits? Same with the shield

Jiren stomps.

Depends if we go by the jiren who first fought goku he stomps. If it's the later one after he caught a hard nerf then he loses in a decent fight.

Jiren murders. If I understand this correctly, tbeir power is not added on top of eachother right? In that case, the ToP warrior will be versatile bit not powerful enough to beat Jiren. Hit's time warping hax are by far the most dangerous of all we've seen on ToP and Jiren already beat that without going into 100% power. He also shrugged a combined attack of full power 17, RB Vegeta and KKx20 Blue Goku... and there is no single fighter in ToP who can deal more dc then those 3 combined so Jiren will be impossible to beat with both sheer force and hax. Which means, he stomps.

This character is way too op for Jiren. All of the hax on U4 and U9 put onto a character with actual good stats. Literally, this character could just use Dercori’s ability and BFR Jiren. Or poison him with Lavender’s. Or just abuse Jiren’s attacks for more power with Bergamo’s. With U2, this composite character might even be able to make black holes. And wouldn’t they have Maji Kayo’s insane liquid body? Dyspo’s Light Bullet? Hit’s time Powers? Magetta’s intense weight?

This is actually a literal mismatch to Jiren.

Probably Jiren still. Their max power would be SSBE Vegeta/SSBKKx20 Goku and while they have a hefty amount of Hax/Regen, it isn't something Jiren can't deal with or hasn't dealt with.

If Jiren went 100% in the beginning, the ToP would've stopped when it began
