A full Inner Circle from The Gifted, including a full Fenris, vs the MCU Avengers

Inner Circle (including summary of powers since many people may not know them):

Reeva Payge--sings a high-pitched sound that makes it hard to think or move, and disrupts powers. For the purposes of this thread, we will assume this works for all powers that require the body or mind to control/use, not just "mutant" powers.

Rebecca Hoover/Twist--can turn things inside out, from an adamantium bank vault to a room of 30 people, as well as reverse the position of things (like switching herself from one side of a fence to the other side). These effects can take a little time, maybe 20 seconds depending on the difficulty.

Fenris--individually, Andy Strucker has a kind of telekinesis that lets him rips objects apart, make mini-earthquakes, and can also just throw people and things around, and Lauren Strucker can create protective forcefields, which she can also shape into disks that can be shot through objects, slicing them in half (including armored vehicles, effortlessly); she can also move these fields around to push people away for instance, or shape them into ramps or artery-plugs. Together as Fenris, they can destroy massive objects, including a skyscraper building (this took some time, perhaps 20 seconds?). When untrained in the power, they significantly dented and I think poked a hole in a thick Adamantium wall. Fenris also gives them situational awareness of what's going on around them.

Frost Triplets (Cukoos): hive mind, telepathy, psychic pain-creation, and, as a group of three, mind control. They are capable of making multiple people at once kill their friends and co-workers, or even kill themselves.

Polaris: magnetism. Capable of crashing a small plane, stopping large amounts of automatic-fire bullets, reshaping metal objects (turning a crest into a headband), fly, rip the surgical screws out of a body, pull away guns, control computers with great difficulty, create an EMP (erasing a huge room of computers, and/or radio communication). Carries several knives which she launches at targets.

Fade: Can turn himself and others who are with him, or objects like a car he is in, invisible.

Heather: Can teleport objects (from a distance, she doesn't need to touch them) or herself and others.

Max: It's a little unclear, but basically he seems to charge things with explosive energy, so they're all red and high-energy, and when they're hit, they blow up.

Tico: can create shockwaves by clapping. A classic tactic is for Max to charge an object, then Heather teleports it to a target, then Tico claps to blow it up.

Bulk: superhuman strength, maybe 1 or 2 tons.

Sage: hyperintelligence.

SUMMARIZING THE BEST STUFF: power-cancellation and mental incapacitation; mind control; EMP; turn people and things inside out; telekinetically rip things apart; building-level destruction; group invisibility; teleportation of people and objects.

Who wins and why?

If the Avengers win, is it only due to Scarlet Witch?

As I see it, this is a battle of power level--the Avengers--vs hax--the Inner Circle.

I think Scarlet Witch, Thor, and Captain Marvel are probably all more powerful (in the sense of access to a greater amount of energy) than anyone in the Circle, with the possible exception of Fenris, whose upper limit hasn't been tested. But my guess is Fenris is lower than Wanda, Thor, and Danvers.

But the Inner Circle has all kinds of random hax. Just for example: let's say Fade turns them all invisible so most Avengers don't even know where to attack, and then Heather teleports them around the battlefield while invisible. Then Heather teleports away weapons like Stormbreaker and Cap's shield. Reeva negates most of their powers/makes them unable to think or move. Polaris uses an EMP on Iron Man, War Machine, Vision, and Nebula. The Frost Triplets mind-control Thor, Hulk, and Danvers to attack each other or kill themselves. Twist turns Wanda and anyone else inside out. That's without Fenris's more typical battlefield powers.

Now, that's a lot do so simultaneously and is unlikely to work perfectly, because the Avengers aren't going to just stand there. And some of those effects are debatable: are any Avengers resistant to mind control? Are Iron Man, War Machine, Vision, or Nebula resistant to EMPs? Whose powers could Reeva negate, since many Avengers are more strength/skill/tech characters--Wanda? Danvers? Etc. But, it's an interesting scenario to consider.

Reeva's power iirc seems to only affect mutants, its unclear and Id say impossible it'd work on non mutants. The Cuckoos could probably turn the tide via TP, and Andy is going to kill everyone that isn't Thor with his telekinesis if he can focus. Polaris is nerfed but would be useful against Thor, Iron Man, Cap, Vision, etc though i dont know if she can focus on multiple opponents like her father could in the movies.

Avengers. Literally everyone on the inner circle is a glass canon. Its not out of realm of possibility that Thor could one shot them all with a massive AoE if he went for it.

That's true, but she's in a universe that only has mutants, so there's no way to know if it wouldn't affect anyone else. Which is why I said in the OP that we'd say for the purposes of this thread that it would affect anyone whose powers worked that way. My general sense of her, really, is that her power mostly works by destabilizing the mind and body, which in turn destabilizes the powers.

That's true, none of them have any durability other than from Lauren's shields. A massive area of effect blast would probably affect the other normal human Avengers too, of course. The opposite argument is that Twist could turn Thor inside out, Reeva could keep him from concentrating enough to use his AOE attack, the Triplets could control his mind, and Heather could teleport Stormbreaker away (although he can make his electrical attacks without it). So there are various ways they could one-shot each other.
